What if I need to cancel my Agile Guidance session?

We know that sometimes conflicts come up. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your session to get a full refund. Please feel free to cancel through the My Bookings page or by emailing helpline@introtoagile.com. For last minute cancellations, there are no refunds.

Can I reschedule an appointment?

Yes! You can reschedule your appointment with 24 hours notice for free through the My Bookings page. For last minute rescheduling, please email us at helpline@introtoagile.com.

What if I am a no-show?

We want to respect the time of both our coaches and our clients. If you give us no notice and simply don't come to your session, you'll be charged the full cost of the meeting. After three no-shows, unfortunately, you will no longer be allowed to book appointments.

What if a meeting ends early?

Not all meetings will end up taking the full allotted hour, and if we can help you quickly, wonderful! There won't be any refunds for shorter meetings.
